We are a group of professionals with a deep understanding of service, passion for culture and an eye for details, décor and design. We work with every couple’s ideas to create a unique and memorable
wedding according to their personalities, needs and travel preferences.
We always try to imprint our Latin essence and culture in all our events with key elements that will complement the couple’s vision and create a unique experience for everyone.
We continuously update our business services and design taking into account the latest trends
in fashion, décor and color palettes.

WHAT WE DO

We offer all you need D+P+C (Desing + Planning + Coordination) and Day Coordination services for smaller events. You will count with our ample experience, knowledge and list of selected vendors to provide the highest standards of services available in the area.

OUR TEAM

Marweddings is a multi-skilled group of professionals with twelve years of experience offering a full array of services to couples who have chosen Bahia de Banderas as the place for their destination wedding. With background in communication, hotel management, business administration and design experience; Marweddings provides couples all the assistance, knowledge and all planning tools needed to make their dreamed wedding a memorable reality.

WEDDING DESIGN, PLANNING & COORDINATION (D+P+C)

Each couple has a different idea of what they want for their wedding. There are many different services and possibilities when it comes to creating a unique and memorable wedding; we invite you to share your vision with us.

  • Wedding venue selection & guest accommodation options
  • Signage of different contracts (hotel, wedding venue, etc)
  • Budget management and payment administration
  • Guests airport transportation and outdoor activities
  • Coordination of legal or spiritual wedding ceremonies
  • Live music and entertainment coordination
  • Additional events as welcome party, rehearsal dinner, brunch, etc.
  • Design of a consistent look for the wedding day, décor and floral design including sketches, palette color, mood board and layout drawings
  • Welcome bags, coordination and delivery
  • Smaller events as engagement dinners, anniversaries, birthdays, etc.

WEDDING DAY COORDINATION

Our job is to look after every detail so that you can relax and enjoy your wedding day. We offer wedding day-coordination services to those couples who only need someone to overlook, coordinate and supervise all details the day of the wedding.

  • Provide the couple with a basic understanding of the venue selected
  • Assistance creating an agenda for the day
  • Pre-wedding meeting to review set up, details & general flow of the day
  • Assistance during the day of the wedding
  • Help you setting up furniture & installing-placing decor
  • Coordinating additional service staff for the wedding day, as waiters, bartenders or bus boys (additional fees apply)*

EVENT STARTING PRICE

For an initial quick budget, you can consider a starting price of $300.00 USD per person for a wedding of about 65 to 80 guests.

CEREMONY

  • Ceremony set up. Non-denominotional officiant
  • Sound system and floral decor for ceremony

RECEPTION

  • Food, beverages and wedding cake
  • DJ services for 4 hours
  • Furniture and floral décor for dinner tables
  • Bouquets and hair & makeup services for the bride
  • Set up fees and transportation expenses
  • Photography services (local photographers, digital material)
  • Planning and coordination fees and local taxes
